LM Kuntz's story telling background includes local television, advertising production and theater. He published a resident column for a church and wrote plays, coaching youth drama teams. He's also self-published a YA fantasy E book titled, Eden’s Gate.
His platform for writing 'Summer Job' results from 3 years building tracks, 25 years’ operating trains, and 14 years supervising operating employees where he stood with one foot on the front line ballast with the crafts and the other foot in the florescent lit world of management.
Kuntz believed his hometown harbored deep secrets. His research unearthed a dangerous and corrupt boomtown. He discovered that Fourth Street, where he and his brothers sold newspapers in their youth, had been dubbed Murderer’s Gulch. With his own prairie and storytelling backgrounds, he elected to create a unique narrative inspired by local chronicles where fictional characters mingle with historical players.
He lives with his family in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California.
